Yesterday, we were lucky to welcome Naila Mehrabova, a leadership advocate and inspiring speaker, for our speaker programme. She spoke to us about what it takes to be a true leader: having a clear vision, working on ourselves so that we align with that vision, and building alignment with others to move forward together. Her words carried special weight for us as young women, because leadership often looks different for men and women: while men have traditionally been expected to lead with authority, women often bring collaboration, empathy, and resilience to the table. Hearing this reminded us that our strengths as women are not limitations but powerful qualities that can shape the future of leadership.
