We are delighted to have been named a top three finalist, out of hundreds of entries from schools across the UK, for the School House Mind & Mental Health Champion Award.
School House commented, “Our judges were very impressed with your entry and enjoyed hearing about the positive work you are carrying out as a school. We will be celebrating the winner of each of the eight categories when announced in the Scholarships, Bursaries and Champions edition which will be published in October 2025.”
We are so grateful our pastoral care and wellbeing teams and our counselling team, ContemPlace, (and, of course, our Hungarian Vizsla Therapy Dog, Kanga!) for all that they do to support our pupils and staff, every day. Thanks are also owed to our wider FHS community. As our Lead Counsellor, Zoe Juniper, noted, this is a true team effort, and the way we support girls at FHS could not be achieved without the dedication of each and every member of staff and parent.
Congratulations to all the other Finalists and thank you to School House for having recognised our wonderful programmes. We look forward to the announcement of the winners in October.
