OPENING UP POSSIBILITIES
Our Futures Department provides a comprehensive programme of Careers education, information and guidance, helping pupils develop the self-awareness, self-belief and skills to navigate what lies ahead and make a positive impact.
Our curriculum, aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks and supported by Unifrog, ensures high-quality, impartial guidance at every stage. As girls move through the school, they benefit from one-to-one mentoring, workshops, visiting speakers, university trips and real-world encounters to gain a clear understanding of their strengths, interests and possible pathways.
All pupils engage with initiatives such as our weekly Speaker Programme, ‘Working Lunch’ talks by alumnae and professionals, our biennial Inspiring Women Conference and Careers Fair, and work experience. Our tailored support enables them to progress confidently to a diverse range of destinations, including top universities, specialist colleges and international institutions.
