Year 6 took part in the Make £5 Grow project during their maths lessons this term.

Working in teams, each group was taught about profit and loss, costing a product and marketing. Teams were given £15 to buy any consumable materials they needed to make their products. The project culminated in a market day on Wednesday where the girls sold the products to their target consumers: girls in the Junior School and parents. It was a huge success, raising over £700 for the Chickenshed theatre company.
