We were treated to a wonderful morning of musical performances from Year 5 on Tuesday. From touching vocal performances to intricate piano playing, Year 5 really pulled out all the stops. It was wonderful to see where the girls are on their individual musical journeys, whether that be Grade 5 or pre-Grade 1. We should never take for granted how hard it is to learn a musical skill.

The programme consisted of the following performances: Ruby Z (Singing), Charlotte (Piano), Amanda (Singing), Remi (Piano), Arianna (Singing), Aara (Piano), Manon (Singing), Ilia (Piano), Elizabeth (Singing), Sofia LW (Piano), Ruby B (Singing), and Celina (Piano).

The girls all presented their pieces with confidence and displayed the results that regular practice can produce. It is clear that there is some serious music talent in this class and I can’t wait to see how their musical journeys continue.
