On Tuesday, Year 1 headed to The Design Museum in Kensington. They looked at the development of modern design through the roles of the designer, the maker and the user. The girls were fascinated to see many items on show that were familiar to them, as well as interesting exhibits old and new, that they had not seen before. The ASMR exhibition (Weird Sensation Feels Good: The World of ASMR) brought much intrigue; the girls immersed themselves in the peaceful atmosphere of the space as they explored sensory materials. The girls were complimented on their beautiful behaviour by the museum staff, which made us feel proud of them.
