On Wednesday 1st April a group of Spanish students travelled to Madrid with Miss Ortega and Ms Bonnaud.
During the trip the girls visited the Prado Museum, considered to be one of the most important art galleries in the world. We also visited the Reina Sofía Art Gallery where we saw Pablo Picassos Guernica, probably his most famous painting. We also did a half-day guided tour of the city. The girls had also the opportunity to explore the city of Madrid in terms of its shops, restaurants, squares, paseos and its preparations for Semana Santa (Easter week).
The girls took full advantage of the linguistic and cultural opportunities and made new friendships across the year groups.
