In recognition of Black History Month, Reception have created their own Kente cloths. They used coloured paper on black card and we are so impressed by their bold compositions.

The girls were interested to learn about the life of Mary Seacole and designed some medals to celebrate her bravery nursing soldiers on the battlefield during the Crimean War.
