The Year 6 Project Outcome rebranded itself this year in the shape of a joint bid for the 2028 Olympic Games. The girls took on roles of ministers, ambassadors, foreign policy advisors and special envoys in order to pitch to the judges why their respective geographic region should host the prestigious games.

Girls had to research and consider geographic locations, the size of theĀ represented countries, their global accessibility, national infrastructure, and the respective physical geographic aspectsĀ unique to each country. Other important elements to consider were whichĀ city would be the best for the opening ceremony and which city would be best for the closing ceremony. This unique project outcome was an offshoot from what the girls had been learning during a unit in their current affairs lessons. The unit was aptly named Map of The Modern World.

The presentations were exceptional with each and every girl winning a special trophy with the title ‘Ambassador’ embossed onto it!
