If you wish to listen to new music and premieres of music you have never heard before, then you are in luck. There are hundreds of thousands of new pieces and songs released every week. However, it is not very often you get to hear a brand-new piece by Mozart.

Without getting your hopes up, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart has not written anything brand new for at least 230 years. However, a new piece has been uncovered – a Serenade in C, for String Trio, written when Mozart was a teenager. While Mozart’s music has had plenty of outings over the last few centuries, enjoy this piece that has only recently been discovered and heard for the first time last week! You can read more about this here:

The whole piece is only a little over 10 minutes, and the jolly ending should hopefully brighten up your week: https://youtu.be/HzmRRIIlGTo?si=9OvqDNY7w5vNmg1p&t=720

In addition to celebrating some new Mozart, I hope you have a wonderful Harvest Weekend. Here is the classic ‘For the Beauty of Earth’ that we all loved singing at our own service. Enjoy your apples! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=47gTydwGSv4
