On Tuesday 24th November, the School hosted a mufti day to raise money for the Lebanese Red Cross.

In light of the tragic explosion at the Beirut port on the 4th August, pupils were invited to attend school dressed in the colours of the Lebanese flag (red/white/green) to raise money for this important cause. With large parts of the city devastated by the explosion and 300,000 people left homeless, the city is slowly emerging from the disaster, and we wanted to play a small part to help the people of Beirut.

A huge thank you to our Catering team for the wonderful Lebanese feast at lunch time and to all of our pupils, parents and staff for donating so generously. We raised a total of £1351.31 for the Lebanese Red Cross. Thank you to everyone involved!
