On Wednesday 21st May, Francis Holland Schools exhibited at the Independent Schools Show Summer Fair; held for the first time at Lindley Hall in the heart of Westminster.

It was wonderful to catch up with industry friends from other London day schools and boarding schools, as well as chatting to prospective parents. Our Head, Alexandra Haydon, spoke in a panel discussion on ‘The Boarding vs Day Debate’ alongside Tom Rogerson, Head of Cottesmore School, and Alasdair Chirnside, Warden of St Edward’s, Oxford. It was a really interesting and insightful discussion, examining different perspectives and exploring how the landscape of boarding and day schooling has evolved over the last decade. Mrs Haydon discussed the many strengths of London day schools and highlighted what makes our FHS educational offering exceptional within the London day school arena.
