Year 7 are out and about in Somerset this week, staying in cottages and exploring the local area.

Day 1
Excitement from Exmoor!
55 lively girls all arrived safely, unpacked and explored the beautiful gardens, playground and activities on site. Several whoops of joy when they found their cottages, and even more when they heard there was no early bedtime!
All groups cooked their own spaghetti bolognese for supper, mostly with huge success and consideration for those who didn’t like mushrooms or courgette! Good teamwork with tidy kitchens and washing up done, they had games on the lawn or football, before hot chocolate and bed.
Day 2
Today, the girls are reaching new heights while rock climbing before exploring the beautiful Somerset coastline.
Day 3
Despite the rain, the girls were having a wonderful time today whilst horseback riding and learning navigation skills.
Day 4
We are hiking and picnicking today!
