Four girls from Years 7 to 11 participated in the British Schoolgirls’ Races that took place over a three day period from Sunday 27th January to Tuesday 29th January.
The Francis Holland School Ski Team, consisting of Amy, Alexandra, Josephine and Charlotte, competed in the annual British Schoolgirls’ Races in Flaine, France. Heavy overnight snowfall meant the course was significantly more difficult for our young skiers. Undeterred, our girls took to the pistes in the early morning and completed 2 runs each.
The girls were calm, focused and very supportive of each other. It was a solid performance from FHS amid strong competition.
