This term Reception class are learning about the topic 'Ourselves'.
To extend their learning they have had a number of outside visitors who have come into the classroom. These have included Dr Paddy Ruane, from a local doctor's practice who showed the children various medical instruments and x-rays and how he looks after his patients.

This week the Reception class took part in a drama workshop (SEE PHOTOS ABOVE) given by the Freshwater Theatre Company; this was called 'Early Years Story Hunt: Ourselves' and it focused on the five senses.
The Reception class would like to thank all the guests who have come to visit this term and for furthering their knowledge and understanding about this topic.
