On Tuesday 5 July , Years 4, 5 and 6 took part in a French Poetry competition organised by Mme Lenec'h.

The competition began with a song by Year 4. The standard of all the girls was highly praised by the Chair of the Judges Mme Rémy-Miller and by two Sixth Form Modern Language Prefects, Sofia Paci and Margaret Gonzalez Guerra.

The following girls won prizes: Julie Bouvier in Year4, Mina Polo in year5 and Sonia Kahn in Year6. There was also high praise for the girls who did more advanced pieces "hors concours", Celeste, Georgina, Saskia, Mae, Lara and Agnès. This was an excellent end to a wonderful year of French in the Junior School. Bravo les filles!
